Thanks, I am going to build a different kind next time a permanent one. It will be about 25 feet circle. I need a trailer first so that I can haul the 16 ft long hog panels back to my house.
If you can get close enough, I usually kill the ones in my trap with a .22lr. You would have to make a head shot to put it down fast, a shot in the shoulder would kill it, but you would probably never find it.
I have been thinking about having a titan meet at my house for a while now. I was hoping to get some things done around here first, but that might take to long. I am thinking about having an open invitation this summer, for some getting the trucks in some mud, bbq, and maybe shooting some guns before everyone get to drunk. Hell maybe even getting a shot at a hog or two.

I'm for this... I'm in McKinney-- how far away are you? I can bring a couple toys that hogs won't like...

ETA: google maps says 3.5 hours away...
Yeah, I am a big gun nut so any of the titan owners that don't like guns will probably not want to come. I haven't been to Dallas since I was in Fort Hood, I have a friend that lives in Denton, and I need to go see him soon.
I need to work on this get together for this summer, hopefully we will have some rain before this happens so the trucks can find some mud. The pic under my name is from my property, about 200 yards from my house.

I too am somewhat of a gun nut... have a couple cool toys. I've sold off a bunch of my collection recently since I don't use them and could use the $$$ for other things. But I still have a couple left.
ETA: maybe something like this would go well for hog hunting... especially if it were suppressed.

As for this summer, try not to pick the hottest months of the year

OK OK I'll give props....I'd hit it too....with my truck lol.
Man I would not want to hit that with my truck. I hit a coon with my saturn the other night going about 75 and it broke all the plastic on the front of my car, knocked off the air dam, and bent my a/c condensor. Now my driving lights aren't working. I would hate to see what a hog that size would do.
