If I can figure out how to post it, I have a video of a gun my friend developed... It shoots .50 BMG's at 1200 rounds per min. The U.S. Navy is looking into buying it. It's a highly modified Ma Duece.
I remember seeing that on a TV show called Future Weapons....It's really awesome how they fire the projectiles.. They can do different sequences and coverage patterns.

This toy has to come with some price to not have any recoil. I would have to hold and fire this to actually see if it's what he says it is. There are tons of gas operated shotguns out there with plenty-o-kick. My guess is it weighs a TON. Has to......no way it has no recoil without added weight.

Old news???? This marine has never seen a shotgun capable of expelling a fragmentation grenade with the accuracy of a rifle at 100 meters.
No gents, I think this animal is a far newer breed than given credit here.
If this kind of weapon had been available before now, it would already be in use. This kind of weapon would make a night and day difference in ground combat. If it were available before now, it would definitely be in use already.
The concept might be old news, but this is a pretty revolutionary weapon.
In addition, I dont know of any "fully automatic" shotguns. The Marine Corps never informed its Marines of its existence if there were.
Old news......we were referring to the metal storm "future weapon" episode. Not this thread's weapon. Trust me no one has seen much of this puppy. It's new. Being as a supplier of weapons to the govt. this isnt something our troops have gotten ahold of yet.
Fully auto shotguns? heh......go google "street sweeper" and see what you come up with besides the obvious truck that sucks.
Notice the only company he is working with/for..........they arent the military, only a sub.
