Great yound buck

Caught this little fellow last night for the first time. I think he is not even 1.5 years old yet, and this is his first set of antlers. If I am correct he is going to be a trophy in 3 or 4 years.

good looking buck! i have no downed 17 hogs at my house. i cant wait till i get back home from work. i do still need to come see you.

Cool, I haven't been shooting any. I don't have any freezer room left. Been seeing them all the time, but just can't bring myself to waste meat, and don't feel like cleaning them. Hunting season starts Saturday, I will be hunting until January.

i have been giving some to like homeless shelters and some friends. been bbqing alot of it alot.

I don't mind giving it away, I just don't want to clean it. If I could find someone to take the hog after I gut it that would be great. But if I go through the trouble of cleaning it, getting the bone out, and bagging it up, I am going to keep it.

i havent gutted one yet. i just 1/4 them out.

I do it both ways, but if someone wanted the whole hog I would gut it and put ice in the cavity till they could pick it up.

yea i have shot most of mine at night and i dont have a good place to clean them. i have just been using my 4wheeler winch over a tree branch to get it done.

I love my tractor with the front end loader. Just tie them on and lift them up.

WOW that is a young buck. He will be monster in a few years if he survives.

I went out and hunted this evening. I saw one of the bucks I got on the camera. He is young to but have a funky rack. He didn't present a shot so he lives. I also a fresh scrape under my feeder. I have never seen that before, I hope the slow trigger camera caught it.
