I'm a member of a car crew local to Cincinnati. One of our members works for a local speedshop and keeps up with time attacks, drift events and all that good stuff. During our meeting today, he brings it to my attention that a company has built a Titan for use in time attacks. He couldn't remember the site were he saw it. I was just wondering if anyone else has heard/seen anything on this. I think it would be friggin awesome to see a Titan ripping up road courses, something I've been wanting to do for a long time.

That would be awesome to see for certain but I have no idea where to find out about it.

The only thing I know about it so far is that it's 4wd, uses 325 width tires, and sits 2 or 3 inches of the ground. I tried calling my friend about it last night, but he didn't answer (it was 3 a.m.).

Not to hijack your thread or nothing. I work as a corner worker at the world class road track Miller Motorsports Park in Utah. I get to run my Titan on the track all the time driving in and out to my corner station. I have had it at it's limits a couple of times. Then is when I remember it's a truck and slow down.
As a matter of fact our local SCCA is doing a "snowcross" Feb. 9th on the east track and they are going to have a 4WD truck class, it is going to be a blast... 4 wheel drift here I come.

That sounds like fun and a wise place to test the limits, lol. Good luck on the 9th.

No problem. I have yet to find any information on the T/A Titan, so my guess is that my friend may have been confused. As for the snowcross, that would be sweet. Maybe we could turn this thread into a list of time that Titans put down on track. At least that way this thread won't be entirely useless.
Still can't find jack on the time attack Titan, and I've decided to stop looking. I was thinking once I got some more mods on the Titan I would hit up Mid-Ohio for a session. It's about 4 hours from me so I could make a weekend out of it. Anyone else live close to some road course's that could take a pass? Possibly with some video? I plan on taping my outing. And sometime soon I have a backroads run coming up that I'm going to tape also.
