Hello,

I recently ordered a full set of the Pulstar Iridium plugs for my Titan.

I went to install them yesterday, and I was a bit dissapointed with the quality of the plugs.

The Ground Electrodes were all gapped quite differently from plug to plug, even visually you could tell they were different without using a gauge.

I was able to adjust most of them to within spec (carefully), but one of the plugs has a ground electrode thats way shorter than the other 7 plugs.

Its so short, that once it makes the bend, there isn't enough metal to come over top the center electrode.

I am just wondering how I can go about getting this plug replaced. I can provide pictures.
