Yep, It is brighter than the stock. You have to use the factory base as the aftermarket LEDs come with a 4.2mm base and the good Ol Nissan is a 4.0mm so the fitment is off. I trim the twin LED plate however to fit and then you just wire it on to the factory base just like the factory bulb was wrapped. Super easy.

Hey Chris. By chance are you referring to the Mood Light? The little ambient light that comes on when your headlights are on? I was thinking that I can't remember selling Red 31mm 6LED Map lights but I have done the Mood light for a few. If that's what you are referring to then I'll just throw it in for free. Your math is generour but rounded up. We'll got $82 if you determine that you need the front floorboards. Thanks Jason!
