let me say this brutha, your shiet will be the loudest, deepest single bullet setup if you do just the muufler swap and tip. the reason why no one gave you an answer about just a muffler swap is because no one is running 3" pipe with a bullet. i'm running 3" also.

you will be 100% satisfied. don't think about it any longer and get that bullet installed with a resonated tip and you wont be able to stop smiling. dont think the resonated tip will make it quiter cause it doesn't. the bullet is loud and deep as fuk. but tha reso is mando so don't even install it without it. cause if you do, you might think it sounds good enough but with the tip it's like nite & day. it sounds even better.

i have 3" crush bend rite now and looking to get mandrel 3". let me know how you like it.
