    I ordered a set of low beam hids from legit. The passenger install went great but after hooking up the driver next, when it turns on I get a bad flicker on startup. I upgraded the fuses to 20 amp as well. Wondering if I have a bad ballast? I don't really want to swap the ballasts to test as the passenger is working well and everything is securely fastened.
