Hey i came across your post in a thread and am curios as to how i can do this would really like to see lower numbers on my coolant as mine are pretty high even with the csf radiator thanks

Hey guys save your $75 or send it to me....

    170-160F stat DIY

    Parts Needed: 1 OEM o-ring
1 Stat for whatever temperture you want (off shelf works)
    1. Remove factory stat
    2. Remove OEM o-ring
    3. Cut cage off 160-170F stat you bought
    4. Unthread the OEM spring off cage
    5. Thread on new cooler spring on OEM stat.

Total cost $10-20 and some time in your garage.

    RB,
You had a link on the exhaust systems sound clips with the Banks cat-back and the Stillen headers but photobucket says the media doesn't exist any more. How did adding the headers change the sound from just the cat-back? I want to hit 300 rwhp with out forced induction or internals work. The truck, '04 LE, has the Banks cat-back and the K&N CAI on it already and I'm thinking of getting the Superchips Cortex.

Hey RB!!!! I bought your PGM off of DF6 and finally installed it today. My titan is feeling meaner by the minute. Can't thank you enough for this product.
I know it's a pain but I do have one question on this guy. The titan dies on initial start-up. starting it up again and there is no problem. Is this typical until the computer learns to deal with all that air??? Other then that it's an awesome additional to the truck. Any help you could give me would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi Randy, Well I am finally ready to put the trutrac in my titan. I now have a wheel seal leaking and it is a good time to do it all. I talked to Glen over at CircleD trans and he said you brought him all the parts he needed to install your trutrac. I am trying to find out where would be the best place to get the wheel seals for both sides of the axle and the trutrac with all the required carrier bearings ect. that is needed. You have any ideas where is the best source to buy. Glen said he would fix all if I can find the parts. He is looking also and will call me if he finds them. Any help will be appreciated. Bruce
