Question Who Has Best Service Dept. In Tulsa area??

Any thoughts between Riverside and Jackie Cooper?? I did my 600 and Riverside and was surprised that they use Phillips Oil. Don't know if its better or worse than others, just surprised. I know for a fact that Cooper won't honor other Nissan dealers lower oil pricing and there almost twice as much for an oil change.

Both are towing the Corp. line on the Judder TSB. 3rd time is the charm.

Thanks Mark

I don't know anything about Riverside, but I'm about to find out. I bought my truck at Jackie Cooper, but WILL NOT be goin back there for anything. And isn't there a dealership in Broken Arrow?
I do my own oil changes so I know exactly what goes in.
I'll post back on my experience w/ Riverside.

Well, it's a long story, so, to be short, they seemed to have good customer service up till I took delivery, then the cust. serv. went to hell. Don't seem to care after the sale.
I'll let ya know how it goes w/ Riverside.
