Glad to see another Hoosier on the board. While I don't live in Terre Haute I did go to school there. I went to Rose for 2 years then dropped out and went to and finished up at State.

That paper mill still going strong?

no I'm just a lowly tech in the ECE Dept. What major were you going for and what years were you there?

I was trying for a mechanical engineering degree. I was there around Fall '94 - spring '96. After my mom past away, the $20K tuition was a bit much for just my dad to handle on a teachers salary. So I went to State and got a MIS (Management Information Systems) degree. I now work up in Indy as a senior computer programmer/analyst for Sallie Mae.

I started working at Rose in 2000. My wife is a code monkey she works with oracal and jim base. I wish I would have went to school for that she makes killer money. I done component level repair of radar and navigation systems in the Marine Corps and lucked into the job at Rose.

It's nice to have a sugar momma. My wife make more money than I do too, but not by much. She is also a programmer at Sallie Mae. I think it was me calling her at 2 am every night to help me fix the system that led to us getting to know each other. We've now been happily married for two years and see each other 24 hours a day.

I've been married going on 4 years but I don't think 24 hour a day would work for us. I'm guessing by the years you said you were at Rose that you are my age maybe a year older. I was born in 77 if you couldn't guest login name.

Maybe one of these days we'll be online at the same time and have a better conversation. Have a good weekend I'm leaving work early to drink beer and swing at little white balls.
