anyone in KS and MO have front windows tinted 20% or darker and have any problems with the cops?

what is your daily route?

if you got pulled over, by whom? (i.e. city copy, state patrol)

warning or citation?

I plan on getting my fronts done soon... but at 35% (Kansas Law... of which i'm sure you are familiar with).

I've heard (several years ago) in MO that if you have a doctors approval you can go as dark as 15% without getting fined. A guy I used to work with did it and was pulled over in KS. Said he told the officer that he has a doctors note and they just let him go since he is licensed in MO.

i'm considering trying to abide by the law and perhaps goign 35% on the front. decisions decisions

got 20% over a year ago....no problems yet....jeff city, mo....also, ive driven to kc and springfield w/ no problems w/ johhny law.

In the early 90's, I was riding with a friend of mine in his Maxima that had 15% all the way around. He got pulled over south of KC around Butler by the MHP for the tint and the trooper actually took a razor blade to the front windows right there on the side of hwy 71...after he gave him a ticket for the tint. He made numerous complaints about the action of the trooper, but I am not sure if anything ever came of it.
