Re: Feeler for a meet in KC for all the midwest guys
I have talked to the service manager at McCarthy of Blue Springs, but she said I had to talk to someone else, who conveniently wasn't in the office at that time. My oil change is set up for tomorrow, so I will try again. Any suggestions on how to sell this guy on the idea?

tell him the sales manager at mccarthy of olathe was going to sponsor us. i actually talked to him and he was definately on board. it could be a great way to show that they not only stand behind their product but also show that they support the people that have pride in nissan.
Re: Feeler for a meet in KC for all the midwest guys
talked to my brother and let him know we had a venue change. he said no problem and hes glad i let him know when i did. they were getting ready to order arragements for food, etc.
so, having said that. looks like we are moving the meet officially. now, where exactly is your new store going to be? i want to know as soon as possible to let the clubtitan guys in on the change.
is there anything that needs to be brought or bought? still on for 11AM? thanks.
Re: Feeler for a meet in KC for all the midwest guys
I'm at the dealership again , they are taking it over. Will we need both the consult 2 and consult 3?? As for location its 511 main st, grain valley, mo 64029. I'm supposed to have a meeting with my guy with the BBQ trailer. We should have food covered, he may charge, but I'll see what I can do about a discount for Titan guys. anything else we need. If you want send me a pm with your phone number and we can knock out the details quicker
Re: Feeler for a meet in KC for all the midwest guys
Any hotels close to the area of the meet? I guess I could check online but if you guys have any suggestion since you live in the area that would be great. A Motel 6 would suffice I don't need Ritz Carlton. Could stay in my truck as well. LOL. I'll be leaving STL Friday evening 5-6ish and want to have a place to stay, relax and drink some beer once I get there.
Re: Feeler for a meet in KC for all the midwest guys
id like to go but ill have to check my work schedule its about the same drive for me to get to the okc meets. Also i have cypher if i can attend ill bring it just in case.
Re: Feeler for a meet in KC for all the midwest guys
there is a hotel less than a mile from the shop. If your coming alone, I'm supposed to have a futon by then if you want a cheaper place to crash. We also have two bars that are open until 3am in my little town. I'll get some info on the hotel and post it up
Re: Feeler for a meet in KC for all the midwest guys
Thanks RFosgate for the info. At this point, I am traveling alone. Still don't know my departure time. I thought 5-6ish because school dismisses at 3 but teachers don't leave until 3:15. Anyway my last day of work is June 10. Then start again in mid August. So I can actually leave STL anytime unless there's a tag-along.
Re: Feeler for a meet in KC for all the midwest guys
Any way we can get an updated list of who is planning on attending, that way I can get an idea of the room I will need to block off for parking and such. As far as I know I should have everything in order. I'm even making some signs to see if we can't get other titans from around here that aren't on the site to show up.
Goat: and news from your brother-in-law?? or the number and name to the manager in olathe?
If anyone needs any other accommodations, let me know. I've got a couch and futon, if someone needs a place to stay
The tattoo shop next to me planned something similar last year, and the city said alcohol was ok, as long as it wasn't sold, and was in plastic cups.
Re: Feeler for a meet in KC for all the midwest guys
I'm not racing next weekend so I should make it out. What time is this happening again? I would like to ride my mx bike in the AM if possible but its no biggie.
