Midwest Region Meet Location Poll

first off, i would like to give credit where due. thanks to titan_08.5 and RFosgate for getting the ball rolling. we have decided on a date of june 14, in the KC area. for more info and the original thread, click here.

we really need to start getting people on board for this. this has potential to be very cool w/ a couple of sponsors if large enough.

im including 2 images to show the 2 autozones that we could have our meet at. according to my brother, the olathe store is adjacent to a small grocery store that we could also use that lot if needed.

im also in contact w/ one of our site sponsors, TIRE RACK, to maybe throw in some tirerack t-shirts or something. no word yet. once we decide on a location, i would love to get in touch w/ the most local nissan dealer about a few giveaway items.

ok, now we need to get a list of people that are definately going to show up.

let me know what you think of this....im thinking of inviting the clubtitan guys to get more trucks/people. any pros/cons to this? i just want a bunch of titan enthusiasts.

I would only see pros to inviting the CT people, the more the better. I guess the next question would be size of the lots. How many people are we going to have, and are they going to be ok with us filling their lots? Also I would like to get a small I guess you could say "committee" together to organize this better, with the location, time, giveaways, or raffles, and food .

yeah, thats the point of having it at autozone. they have a large lot and are definately cool w/ us having it there. also, once we find out how many people are definately going, we can get some idea of what kind of prizes, door-prizes, etc. would work. food sponsorship is also a possibility if the numbers pan out.
