Hey guys I'd just like to open a thread to introduce myself and make myself available to those who may have any questions regarding the Titan as an expedition vehicle or driving it offroad.

Yep. A 5.7. And he doesn't high vent his diffs, either. Those are "dry terrain only" tactical vehicles. Wow. Takes all kinds, I suppose.

I'm sure you don't realize this, but your stock Titan rear diff is not "waterproof," nor are the diffs of any other vehicles currently marketed by major manufacturers. All diffs are vented in some fashion. If you're relying on the OEM vent for your rear diff, it's only a matter of time before you learn a very expensive lesson. But you don't believe in high venting your axle, so I'm curious what you did to modify the OEM setup to waterproof it?
