I'm running firefox on OS X and the site remembers me just fine. This may be an issue that you have to work around/resolve.

does the Mac OS or Safari have a setting to clear cookies upon closing the browser or shutdown/reboot computer (and OS)?

Everything looks great now that I can finally see it again! Thanks again ekool for everything you do here. I do have one question for you and others though. How does everyone feel about the way quotes look in the threads now? I actually preferred the "bubble" look in the previous incarnation of the site. Kinda made them stand out more. Just my personal opinion. Other's may disagree.

I've thought about going back to the bubbles... I may do it. It is a few images that need to be loaded hundreds of thousands of times per day, which puts a bit of extra load on the server... I havent made up my mind for sure one way or the other yet

I really like the changes. The site just keeps getting better.

Who's online under the quick links is really cool.

I was about to say the same thing. Not using the bubbles can save on bandwith and load times for the end user, and personally I like it better without them. I say keep it like it is.

Yeah, I understand the server load issues. I don't know what kind of traffic this site is getting on a daily basis but I am assuming that it is getting quite large. Maybe the quotes could be altered to a little more contrasting color scheme or something. Nothing too drastic. I just liked the way they used to jump out at you. Anyway, absolutely nothing to lose sleep over here.

If I'm not mistaken, the "Who's Online" has been there since the beginning. But where did the "Members List" go? Must be hard to find room for everything.

ekool, I noticed that the "Newest Topics" list on the main page isn't updating like it used to. Used to be, you could post on a topic, go back to the main page and reload it, and that topic would jump to the top of the list because it was the most recent with activity. Now I'm not sure if it just isn't updating in real time or if it just isn't updating at all.

The site server had a hiccup and had the current time incorrect. That's why it gave the impression that the active topics weren't updating.

It's straightened out now.

Yeah I noticed earlier that it started working correctly. Just wanted to keep yall on your toes! Naw, seriously though anything I may mention about the site is just my opinion and should be taken that way. If no more improvements were ever made, this site would still be spectacular at doing what it was intended to do. Keep up the good work ekool and mods. Best community I've ever been a part of.
