So... Sylvania hooked us up. Free bulb giveaway/competition!

I have a friend at Sylvania that has helped me out in the past, and we do a little advertising for them from time to time. We have some 9006 ST/2 and 9005 ST/2 bulbs.

I think what we are going to do is the following.

1. Set aside 4 pairs of bulbs in a random give away of some sort to all forum members.

So, what type of competition would everyone like to see for the above bulbs?

2. Set aside 12 pairs of bulbs to give away randomly to "Premium Members" as a grand opening type thing once we get the premium membership up and running.

We are still about a week out on the Premium Mebership -- but I'm letting you know so you dont run out and buy a pair of bulbs right now, when you could be a winner.

Also, for our regular users, we have opened up the Photo Gallery to ALL users, please visit the following URL to access the TitanTalk Nissan Titan Photo Gallery

Hey, even if you bought some recently like I did, these make good gifts since they (the 9006's at least) fit many different models of vehicles (chevy trucks, honda accords, BMWs) that I checked.

I could use a set of 9005's so I am trying to think of a competition that I would be guaranteed to win.... Hmmm....

thanks antwon412 for throwing my name out there to get the bulbs, you really are cool, regardless of what everyone says about you

How about bulbs for the top 20 members that have clicked on the SUPERWOMAN link the most number of times in my signature? That should qualify as a legitimate competition...

I think should be for the member who has a picture of himself along with the most hooters girls in their avatar, who owns an LE in brawn red and lives in Wilkes Barre PA. Seriously, even a random drawing for premium members is excellent idea. One idea could be for the best action or just scenic pic of their Titan (ie mountains, ocean background etc) judged by the moderators. Perhaps a monthly drawing of some sort would be a great idea. The vendors could be asked for donation if possible. It would not have to be extremely valuable to have a positive effect. Possibly a yearly drawing for something more substantial, again for premium members. Great idea ekool.
(Like the new avatar!)

I'm all about funniest little essay on why you NEED the Silverstars. I've already got a funny one in mind, so you probably don't want to go up against me in that one.

Can I ask a dumb question? What are the advantages/differences of these bulbs over the OEM set up? The Titan has Halogen right, not HIDs? Will these bulbs get closer to the candlepower of HIDs or are they just a different color spectrum?

The Silverstars have about the same light output as the OEM bulbs, but the color is white instead of yellow. This allows you to see a lot better than with the OEM bulbs.
