It is too boring. Not a comprehensive listing of what is going on. You should use the "New Posts" link under "Quick Links". That's the shiznit! Has all the latest forum updates (graphics, etc) from ekoolio, and gives you a listing of every thread that has been updated in every forum since your last login. The best way to stay up to date across the board. Active Topics only gives you like the last 20 threads. No wonder your post count has been so slow.

I have modified the forum to ONLY show the signature ONCE per page. So, there's another small update.

I think that's a good idea. On threads that I've replied to multiple times, I've done it so that so that others wouldn't have to keep scrolling past my sig. Of course, a lot of the time I've been too lazy to uncheck the "Show your signature" box in Miscellaneous Options.

I'm sure the guys on dialup (like skyhammer) will appreciate that one.

ekool, is there a way you can set it so that it is a user preference to see the sigs or not? I really like seeing everyone's sig, and the blank spaces under all these posts are depressing. So if it is user preference, then those who don't want sigs (for whatever reason) can turn them off while those of us who are sig lovers can have them on. Please?

You can select to not see sigs, but there's no real point in displaying it ten times on the same page, just wastes space/bandwidth/load time. I've been doing this manually for some time now, this just makes it so everyone's sig only shows once per page. The problem with the user option is that it doesn't show signatures at all. I think most people want to see it at least once, but no need to repeat.

Side note of sorts: What happened to your sig pic?

As for my question and your response, I am going to take the mature/adult route with my response:

As in your sig pic is a pretty red "x". (see attached)

It is hard to tell what is going on with your sig if you can't see it...
