Nissan Titan tops AutoPacific Survey

The 2005 AutoPacific customer satisfaction survey results are in, and Nissan has to be happy with the results. Its Titan pickup was the highest-ranked vehicle in the survey, and the Maxima was the most satisfying passenger car. Also ranking at the top in their respective categories were the Altima, Murano, Armada, Quest, and Frontier. The results of this survey are a bit at odds with ASCI and JD Power, but I’ve given up on expecting any correlation between different surveys

Remember those freebies (washes: oil changes; tank fills) for completing sales/service surveys? Just bring it in and let's us fill it out??????? Now we know how Nissan gets those customer satisfaction hi-marks and how mo-par gets 5 star ratings etc etc etc. Especially since sales are down and not getting 1000k units sold. We should be seeing a lot more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Nissan Titan tops AutoPacific Survey

I am not a satisfied Titan owner! The truck has been in the shop for two rear ends, one front axle, transfercase/front end, and the brakes 3x, in 21,000 non towing highway miles.
How much does a consumer have to put up with from a manufacturer?
The dealership is working their butt off to keep this truck running, but they make big bucks on warranty repair so they just keep fix'in it.
I am just looking for a way out now so I can cut my losses on this thing!
