Re: Nissan ranks high in customer satisfaction results

Nissan is a joke, if I can get through to them I may rethink my opinion, Bronco Moters in Nampa Idaho, is the worst dealership I have ever been to.

My Titan has has two differential failures, I am now about to have a third one, when I took it to a quick lube and had them check my diff oil. There was tree dime sized metal flakes on the plug and the oil was black, as if it were too hot. At my second failure Bronco made me sign a waiver stated they would not honor my warranty even though I had purchased an extended warranty. When I came to them with my recent findings, they told me sorry talk to Nissan.. Here I am waiting for Nissan to respond as there are many others out there with the same problem, I am in the works of class actions against Nissan and the dealership. Someone is not being honost, and it starts with the dealership.

Re: Nissan ranks high in customer satisfaction results

Document your visits and talk to a lemon lawyer... found my lawyer online, Marshall Mathers and Associates. As soon as they found out I had a Titan, you could hear them drool!

Nissan settled in under 2 months, had $5,000 in my pocket, met a few others who got the same thing (Nissan will settle for $7,000 including lawyer costs, you get $5,000). They offer less first and second times, I was going to hold out for more, but I just had to get out of the truck so I settled to get the cash to offset the lack of resale value on the 04s.

I kept calling Customer Care too, figured I might as well cost them money there too!!!

Thumbs down Re: Nissan ranks high in customer satisfaction results

Let's see. My Titan 04 is 1 year and 11 months old with 26,000 miles.

1. Faulty and unsafe brakes that took 9 months to get repaired.
2. Constant leaks in the o-rings around the tire pressure sensors, not fixed.
3. Bubbles in the bed liner that Nissan will not do anything about.
4. Front seat belt retracts that worked about 2 months and the dealer
won't fix.
5. Both front seats squeak on the bolts that hold them to the floor, dealer
can't fix.
6. Over rated and over priced stereo system.
7. Plastic trim that has come off the roof twice and I have had to pay
to replace.
8. Recall on the rear seatbelt mounts because they were defective.
9. New recall on the wiring harness for the hitch.
10. And the latest, the display on the front mirror compass and temp
gauge went out.

Plus all the other problems people write about on the forum and the bad custoemr service from Nissan.

Yep, I think Consumer Reports got it about right.

Re: Nissan ranks high in customer satisfaction results

Question for all you Titan fans,I have a 05 SE 4X4.I have had all the normal issues(brakes, seat etc)My truck has 22,000 miles got it in April.I too have owned 5 Nissan before, never a issue. My titan has a nasty water leak, drivers side floor.I took it back Monday for the third time. The dealer has checked everything(mirrors.A/C drain, replaced the rubber around the door)still leaks. My truck now smells like ***.The carpet has been replaced 2 times and still smells.Anyone have a clue were the water is coming from?
