Nissan North America is about to announce its decision to move headquarters to Cool Springs, Tennessee, a suburb of Nashville. Sources close to the company’s decision making process have told The Tennessean that the choice as already been made, despite public comments to the contrary from Nissan. Nissan already employs 8,000 people in the state and the headquarter move would bring an additional 1300 jobs. Nissan is currently unhappy with the business climate in California and is looking to cut costs by the move.

There has been alot of articles in the local paper here in the South Bay about this. I did post a link to the article couple months ago. It does cost alot of money to run any kind of business here in California, especially in So Cali.
I have some friends that work at the headquarters here in Torrance. Wish them the best if this is true.
They heard that 37L1 was moving here, and decided to follow....
Better hope I'm not a trend setter. . . .

Never argue with idiots. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

This should give more meaning to the name TENNESSEE TITANS

you gotta consider as well, as far as nissan goes the move is more centralized...besides they also have a big factory close by in Canton, MS where the Titan i beliebe is now built...Still though, I didn't care that I could have bought a Domestic truck because...Nissan has always had a good product and it retains a high resale with high reliability. as far as I'm consered the south could use the good jobs provided by them.
