Thanks for the “rest of the story” on the survey. Then makes perfect sense… and I wasn’t meaning to bash the informal survey process. I hope these get to the right people in Nissan… and they listen. Or to be more clear: the return email address listed on the excel form is spelled wrong. This may be the reason some people are having the email bounced back to them.
