Eastern PA-Anyone Tint Windows?

Has anyone from eastern PA had their driver and passenger front windows tinted? If so, what good shops are in the area or did you do it yourself? Have you had any problems with the police ticketing you for the tint?

I'm in the Philly burbs and had my Tacoma side and rear windows tinted at 20%.
Never had a problem. That is what the Titan is going to get soon.

Must allow 70% of light in, not an inspection regulation, but is a vehicle/equipment regulation. PSP now has light meters.
