Eastern PA Meet

Some of the folks here held a meet today at Valley Forge, PA. The scenery was really nice, and I ain't talking about the landmarks...

We had a total of 6 trucks out there today. gr8titan, Clancy, steves, RU2112SH, buzzkillwill (me!!), and even a clubtitan member-Trex!

The weather cooperated-a little hot, but not bad.

gr8titan 'raffled off' an exhaust system that steves won. Not sure how, I paid off everyone...

But all in all, it was a great time. The best part of course, was the people... Everyone there was fun, talkative, polite, informative-I could go on, but I'm sure this group was typical of Titan owners everywhere, which is one reason why I own a Titan. Great job guys-nice families too.

For those that couldn't make it, you missed the dancin' girls-they wre HOT!! Actually, we're already talking about another meet-possibly more centralized in the state.

I think if we did decide on a more centralized meet, maybe a Saturday, then more folks could probably join in the fun.

http://home.comcast.net/~steves4687/titan.html

Above is a link to steves' website that has some pics and info.

Let me just say, going to this may have been a bad thing. I quickly realized I must start MODDING!! gr8titan has a sweet ride. And trex, from clubtitan, has a sweet truck too. But I did have one thing that others didn't-the titantalk.com sticker!

BTW-I got 18.1 mpg round trip....

Sorry I missed it. Gr8Titan called me on my cell to hunt me down, but unfortunately I couldn't get out of work. It looked like I had a shot at getting the day off up until the middle of last week, but I dropped Steves a note saying I was a "maybe" just so he didn't think I stiffed you guys. We're overloaded with work and further backlogged by the 4th of July holiday.

During the week, I tinted my windows, put on the SE wheels I got from Gr8, and cleaned the truck up. The fact that I was prepared is probably what sunk me!
Looked like a fun event, and I definitely don't mind travelling a little further into PA to do the next one.

Thank you guys (buzzkillwill, steves, RU2112SH, T-rex) for making the meet fun and enjoyable. I also enjoyed Clancy's interstate moonshine.
I'm always in for another meet. I promise not to burn the chicken next time around.

gr8titan was talking about wanting to go for a Dyno day, I looked at the post from the last one, and according to their website they have one next weekend. http://www.evoperform.com/
Hmm...now to have that exhaust installed, or to go have the Titan Dyno'd....

The place is in Aston, PA which is in the Chester/Commodore Barry Bridge area...just an idea.

Oh, and did anyone get any pics of t-rex's wheel? I realized that I didn't take any and it was pretty cool looking.
