Re: Baltimore Area

Finksburg here. As for the service "Fredrick Nissan" has done real good by me and I didn't even buy my truck there. I did buy it at "Nationwide" and can't even get a service adviser to answer the phone or return vm. "Heritage" in westminster never got the chance-they couldn't fix anything on my POS durango and they had it for monthes. My wifes HONDA had an exhaust rattle I couldn't find so I asked them to look at it. They said (A) pipe was bad $400 for part $200 labor(it's a piece of cast iron 2ft long!) ended up being a $12 flange gasket!

Re: Baltimore Area

Hello from Bel Air!

I agree Jones Bel Air sucks.

Had an appointment at 5:00 for a simple oil change and took them 1 hour and 40 mins!!

The Customer Service guys just sit around, don't care about checking to see if your done or not.

I need to find someplace else to go.

I live in a 1-bedroom apartment in Baltimore and split it with two other guys. So umm.. I don't think my place is very good either. Ahh, the life of a college student.
