Plan a Big New England Meet for Next Year?

I was thinking that maybe we could find a really nice place to make a big Titan Northeast Meet next year. Now when I say big, I mean more than 4 trucks....so this would involve everyone on here in the region!!!!!

Things we need to do:

1. Pick a central location so that it is easily accesible to all of the states in the region. (this could include a park, a dyno or truck accessory shop, etc.)
2. Make sure there are places to stay for those traveling.
3. Plan on food and beverage.
4. Maybe some type of sponsor???

Please give me an idea on whether or not you are interested so we can scout locations and plan ahead...last minute never makes the cut.

Note: Could a mod please make this sticky?? Thanks

as far as Lim Rock is concerned, there is the openning professional races memorial day weekend (no day fags allowed!!) but there will be 1 or 2 sccca regional races before then, camp friday night and watch races all day sat....

plus there is a member or 2 here that race in scca regionally i believe....maybe a good chance to see the titans "working".....

Great idea, guys. I'm always up for a day at Lime Rock; although I'll try to make it wherever the meet is.

Sorry I missed you all on the 16th.

Holy cow another meet in the works! I hope the unknown person in the poll will bring our next meet up to five this time. How about Worcester Summer Nationals in central Massachusetts. This was last years web page link http://www.summernationals.com/index2.html I say we find a corner at the parks picnic area for our titan meet then enjoy the Summer Nationals.

Nope I live and work in Danbury. I saw 3 Titans at once for the first time on Newtown Rd this week. Almost as common as F150'S
Yep the cars were going around and around in the wet. It was the SCCA finals weekend. The weather wasn't with us, but the boys had a good time.
The only problem with Lime Rock is that they race to the right.
