I dont know why I had Uprev set it that high???

Re: Charm City Titans

I'm ready for the ride! I've decided to get the UpRev if they'll find a tune for my ECU/VIN. I'll write the tonight to check again. I strongly prefer the UpRev approach. If they can't get it done, I'll go with Stillen. I hope Stillen will be available for purchase and dyno by the July 21 Meet in NJ. It's just whoever can serve me first.

I was wondering "what were you thinking?" when I saw you set a 140 limit! Were you going to let your wife take it for a spin?

Eveytime she drives it somebody is trying to pick her up or the ricers want to run her in it so she doesnt drive it much at all. She thinks it has too much power right now.

I did get the Teen/Valet mode though and as long as no one lets on about how to switch between the different maps everything is cool.

See you saturday afternoon.

Re: Charm City Titans

Wild guess is 5-7 Titans, several new guys, especially in the Severn area, have expressed interest. I'll definetly be there, no matter if it is wet or dry outside.

I'm bringing my wife and two kids. Told them we'll meet outside, then go start eat at the Diner by 5 o'clock. Hope others do too, espeially for this meet. I'm always hopeful. I'm sure Big Rob is going to be here. He's been quiet this week. Hi Big Rob!

I got some ideas and questions for everyone.

Hope to know some details concerning my Tune, from UpRev, in about a week. Matt forwarded my last inquiry to Chung this week.

Re: Charm City Titans

Light turnout, but GusECU made it this time, Myself and Big Rob. We are going to put out a plan of event s for the months ahead. Should build interest that way. Gus and I are hoping for a grage day at his house in the summer, maybe june or August. With an all day cookout event. Hope he remembers . More destails to come. This is still a fairly new club, lots of things to learn to make it more rewarding, yet keep it simple.

I went to Capitol Raceway today, ran three times. 1st run was a 15.223 at 90.84 MPH. 2nd run was 15.218@91.08. Very pleased with those results for my first time. Powerbraked too hard on the third run and had a bit of slippage. Had a great time with family and a friend of mine who runs Pro Stock.

Bucket, it was good to see you, even if only in passing! Hope to see you next month!

FREE TIMING ADVANCE meet being held at the Pep Boy's on Rt 2 in Glen Burnie, this coming Saturday (March 31st) at noon. PM me if you know your coming. It looks like at least 2 guys and 1 girl now, hope for more. I want to get you all addicted to this Titan Modding thing! You new guys in Severn coming out???

Hey John how'd you score some track time?

Sorry about Saturday. I had a small crisis at work that ran into the late evening. Unusual but it does happen. I should be able to make the next one though.

I might try to shoot out to the 2 degree thing you have going on saturday?? Let me know how many you have coming and I might be able to swing by.

No problem, I knew you were somewhere!

I've got a friend who is a licensed Pro Stock driver, he let me know they had opened and were running Sundays for about a month for just Test & Tune. I checked the website and took the family after early service Sunday. Got there at 1045 IIRC. Gates opened at 1130 and began running at noon. I was #7 in the gate. Cost 40 with family, 20 without. Run as many times as you can get in the lane. I went 3, long wait for a 4th run, but could have. It is well organized, really decent crowd ( and crowded!). Met some nice people. Was spotted by a C T member from Baltimore I don't think we've met. He mentioned it in his thread. I'd seen the super Modded Civic he was driving, didn't realize who he was. ccguy05 IIRC. Had a great time. Saw 1 fire, 1 crash; great response by staff, no injuries.

As soon as I get UpRev'd (mailing it in on Tuesday next week), you and I need to go! Yes, my wife still loves me, or at least forgives!
