Maybe I can get a few others out too. We really do have some exciting stuff coming up real soon. I ordered my TrueTrac today, hoping to get it installed at the Raleigh NC Meet on June 30th! I'll be Titaned out pretty soon!
Hey neighbor.... nice seeing you again!!!!! Thanks for the timing advance.

Cheers, Tim

Hi Tim,

Guys, Blown284 and I have PM'd each other about Timing Advance, Titans, and Local Car shows for about 9 months or so. We only knew each other by screennames. Today he came over to get his T/A, and we discovered he is the Mustang driving Tim that lived next door to me 9 years ago! We didn't know we knew each other! It was so hilarious to both of us. It was nice chatting with him again, just like old times.

Nice chatting with you as well. I haven't really noticed the T/A increase, however, I'm sure it's there. My butt-o-meter is probably not the best since I have the mustang but the truck obviously makes good torque

I did, however, just purchase those chrome nissan OEM rims and some new tires as I mentioned and anxious to get them next week and hopefully install them soon after.

I'm really trying to stay away from the modification bug ... I already have one money pit ---> "aka Mustang" and as I mentioned, I'm making very good power with it and hope to get on the dyno with it soon. We'll see how it goes. Should be fun with 20+ pounds of boost

A few small mods that I'd like to do with the truck is a muffler (suggestions?), the leveling kit (suggestions?), and finally, install my lund cover for the back

Later,
Tim

Re: Charm City Titans

Best bang for the Buck is a MagnaFlow muffler, and best Leveling kit is the PRG Leveling kit. 2" front for 4WD, 2-1/2" front for 2WD, and 1" Rear with keeping stock Shocks. Contact Greg or Jen at www.prgproducts.com, they are the experts at Titan suspension options. Several good CAI, best are the AEM BruteForce, Injen, Volant to name a few. (AEM gives biggest gain IIRC).

Re: Charm City Titans

NEXT MEET: Saturday June 16th at 4PM at the Blvd Diner. Last meet at the Diner until September! Meet 4-6, head in for dinner 6-8 and meet some more!

We will be planning the All-Day Cookout/Mod Party that GUSecu is hosting in Silver Spring, MD on August 11th. We will also chat about the big meet at Turnersville Auto Mall Nissan. Please pre-register as soon as you can. 10 bucks now, 12 bucks later. Dyno onsite, along with PRG, Stillen and others. Go to the www.yournissanparts.com website and you'll find all the details. It is only a 2 hour drive (or less) from Dundalk, MD.

My family and I are going up Friday evening and staying Saturday evening too, to have more freetime. By then, I'll have my Stillen Front and Rear Swaybars, Engine Dress Kit, Diff Cover and the TruTrac installed. Should be a great ride up. We are staying at:

Super 8 Motel - Bellmawr, NJ/Philadelphia, PA Area
341 South Black Horse Pike
Bellmawr, NJ 08031 US
Phone: 856-933-7800 7.0 miles from the dealer.

A Car/Truck SHow is a big part of the Turnersville meet, it's our best local Titan meet! You'll love what you're going to see and hear from the NJ area Titan cousins!

Thank you VERY MUCH for laying that out for me --- I truly appreciate it! As you know, I have the Mustang to contend with and am doing mods to the truck here and there as time & money permit. I just put my new chrome titan rims on with the new tires.... very nice look with all the other chrome :-)

Just thought I'd post a few pictures of my new fuel and other setup on the mustang for 2007. I'm hoping to actually make a few passes as soon as I can save up the $$$ for a nice 8 point chrome-moly roll bar --- safety first! Car should be making plenty of power this season and we'll see how things go.

Anyway, here are a few pics and hope you enjoy!

After much debate and arguing with myself, I opted to go ahead and bite the bullet for the reichard racing a/c delete and manual tensioner. I will need this to hold the belt straight for the amount of boost I'll be running (20+ pounds of Novi Fed boost!) :word:

Picture of the Novi 2k with the new 8 rib setup and also upgraded every single place to "T" clamps. Again, I will be running a LOT of boost this time around, therefore, it's critical to keep the piping together:

Here's my new fuel setup. Long story short, I was running the sumped tank with one Bosch 390/420LPH fuel pump but last dyno run back in April 2007 showed that I maxed that one out totally and I was only in the 5k range. Therefore, I upgraded and added another 390/420LPH fuel pump. Here's a picture of the almost finished setup:

Another photo of the fuel setup. The fuel setup from the sump feeds each individual fuel pump separately , then, runs into a "Y" block and up the car. There is also a fuel filter before each pump and another Aeromotive 100 Micron fuel filter mid-way up the car on the frame rail.

Hope you enjoyed the pics.

Cheers,
Tim

Re: Charm City Titans

Me, my 2 girls and my Matchbox Titan had a great time. We missed you all I spent half of it buying parts and supplies at the Salvo auto parts store next door. Been having a leaking Radiator Cap this week. Looking forward to getting us all together soon though.

Next Meet is NJ on Saturday July 21st. Check the website www.yournissanparts.com for details. Fee is only for those who want to be in the show portion.

Next CCT Meet is at the home of GusECU, in Silver Spring, MD. More details to come. It is an all day cook out and mod party.

Don't forget to pick up a copy of Nissan Sport Magazine in July, at Borders. Their first full page Titan feature will be in this issue! They are looking for more!

Blue - Sorry I didnt make it by but you know how it is when Duty calls..

On the bright side, I made contact with Chun about how my truck has been running and through conversations with him found out that I can only get 92 octane around my way and thats causing my ecu to pull timing. He made an offer for OSIRIS I couldnt pass up, $210.

You may want to give him a call since you already have Cipher he maight cut you a good deal. I cant wait to make my own maps????

Yes, I've been thinking of that exact issue (osiris) since I've already spent 900 with UpRev. Figured I could get it for cost of cable or so. It'd be worth having. And they seem to be marketing it as the total answer to grow with, even as they add TCU functionality if it can be done through the OBDll Port.

I just filled up at a WaWa, best price while traveling, at $3.13, but I was surprised to see it was only 92 Octane. I hadn't seen that before. I usually go to a 7-11 for 93 Octane at $3.11.

Glad you are getting resolution. About time to pull a Southern MD meet at Berts again. Maybe in August??? Many Armadas and Titans in PG County, and Annapolis respectively, showing up online. CCT struggling. Hope for turnaround for the August Mod & Cook Out party.

Mid-Atlantic 4x4 in Glen Burnnie on RT 2 Ritchie Highway. 10 minutes South of RT 695.

I've had them do 2 Jeep Cherokees 6" with 33" tires. We overload the Jeeps with a Robotic CCTV System to crawl through and inspect sewer pipes, We get in some awful swamp and muddy offroad areas to reach some of it. They stand behind their work, do not recommend needless stuff, good guidance on choosing parts.
