My goof, my goof! I was asleep at the wheel, remembering John as he walked up for his free air freshener! Big Rob straightened me out tonight, thanks Rob. Congrats to Big Rob and Dave! If only I knew how to read...

Reminds me of the time I thought I killed a Hemi (have you read that one?), turned out to be a Dodge Ram v8 Magnum. The Ram guys got me educated.

BETTER NEWS: Talked with Rob, says the UPS Show had 1500 judgeable vehicles and 3000 people last year;they expect twice as many this year. Big Rob will be late as he is working till that morning. We may want to get in as soon as possible to avoid last minute rush. I plan to be in the area by 7am, but I go to extremes sometimes. Share your thoughts. It would be good to go in together if we can. Doors open for set up from 8-10. What do you guys think?

UPDATE: Further conversation with Big Rob just now-Jim Lanham says if we're all together as we come in, and are preregistered, they will put us all together. Sign up if you haven't already. We will do all we can to make this show worth your effort guys.

The free gift is a DVD of the previous UPS Shows and is said to be awfully good. If all goes well, next year is the 100th anniversary of UPS and a major Cable network may do a show on this and the event will expand to an overnite 2 day event. with drive in movie and camping. Crazy stuff happening guys. Come on out and have a blast.

HAY I THINK I MIGHT BLOW WORK OFF FRI NIGHT,
becouse it was to much for me this past sunday i was like a train wreck after working 16hrs. and then the show i went home didnt know what was up.NOT SURE BUT I MIGHT.if i can get a deff. i will see if they will let me save 1-2 spots for trucks comming late no matter what i am not going to get there until 8-8:15.
as for those that are not going we miss ya.

For those that heard me complaining about the axle leaking... I found out what it was... The axle was broken in the differential housing and they are going to need to replace the housing under warrenty... I am hoping to get it back by Friday... If not I will get it back on Monday... So if I get it back Friday I will be at the UPS event, otherwise I will have to catch the next one

man thats not good, hope all will be fixed i am sure they will do a good job.hope you can make it. even if they dont get it fixed you can still come out. man it is going to be a blast.hope you can make it.

Sorry to hear about your axle, is this different than the failures the 04's had? I think they lost diff's, not the axles. All will be well soon...

man it was unreal ,there was so many cars,trucks, motor cycles as far as the eyes could see. unreal, yeah .next year is going to be even better we had 4 titans there one guy from club titan had a lifted truck it was real nice he reg. in the 4x4 class and got second place.

it was definately a learing experince on what to do /not to do.over all though it was kick(*&%^).if interested next sunday at same place by radio shack same as last sunday another 13-3 motorsportscar show i will be there with TV to watch game. call me.
