I sent the $160 deposit in today. Make sure when registering (fun field)you do it under the club name, CLUB TITAN.

Also, we need a banner with our club name for our tent. Can anyone help us out with this?

Its only 2 months away!

it doesn't matter. they are judging for best banner on Sunday....lol, we won't be there. I have a black marker and a piece of white paper for a last resort

who cares what the banner looks like. I say we make it there by gluing empty beer cans to a piece of cardboard spelling out the club name.

Sledge, you remember that roll of black vinyl I have? Well, I'm gonna trade it for an 8'W x 3'H banner, white, and some simple vinyl decals for on it. This is what I came up with...

Speak now or forever hold your peace, I'll be sending the vector file to the vinyl guy this week if everyone's cool w/ it.

Its less than a month away! Time to register!

Don't forget to regester the club name, "club titan" at the fun field.
If the weather is like last year (95deg) the tent will come in handy.

still going to try to make this event, can't yet commit fully. it's penciled in the planner but it seems like i might have a conflict.. but the conflict is not yet penciled in!!

anyone planning to get a room or anything? sorry if this has been discussed over @ CT!

Is it possible to get a list of peopel that have commited to this event? I just think it would be nice to have some numbers. I am going to try to get some food donated and I am planning on bringing my little grill.
