I know this is way in advance, but I got some information at a show yesterday about the 2008 Carlisle All-Truck Nationals. It is being held on Aug. 8-10 this year. Hopefully with this much advanced notice, more folks can attend this year.. Just thought I'd post the info here for those that attended last year.

I wanted to come to this event, but will have to wait until 2009. It is one huge event. The hotels start taking reservations the day after it finishes, for the following year! So, you are not too early. I will see what my options are though.

Would be great to have good showing with the Titans proudly representing. Had about 6 of us meet before on the Sat of event. We parked outside it is expensive too park inside . Something like $50 for the weekend, with no options just for one day, I believe.
Is outside still on their property? How much then and har far away from entrance? How much to get in? What time do you have to get there on a Saturday?
The Carlisle Fairgrounds have some parking fields just outside the gates. We got there around 8am if I remember . Parking I think was $5 and show was $12.
I will try and look into cost of parking in the show. If your a truck fan youll love it. Even the tractor trailers custom work is amazing.
It looks like we're all thinking of parking inside the show itself as a group. Meet up outside beforehand, then all park together. Cost would be $33/truck as long as there are 5 or more. There seems to be about 10 or so people interested over there right now. The reason being that if it's super hot like last year, you can just go back to the AC in your own truck to cool off.
It also looks like everyone has settled on Saturday, Aug. 9 as the day.
