Bills, thanks for that, it makes me feel a lot better about the battery!

Thanks!

Just convert them into itunes by selecting the folder where your music is stored and copying it to itunes. it will convert and sync it to your phone for you.

Using a Storm compared to a 3g is like using dialup compared to cable, and no im not talking about browser speeds.

Re: iPhone

I agree. I have had my iPhone since last year and it's the 2G with the metal back. I bought it from a friend after he upgraded to a 3G. Funny thing is this poor phone has been through hell and then some!! Dropped from my lap onto concrete from the height of the seat of my truck 6-7 times and no issues. The back is dented all to hell and the chrome bezel has concrete bumps in it from being dropped. My friend's 3G has broken every time he's dropped it. I want a 3GS because it's sooo much faster, but I'm scared to get one and drop the da*n thing and break it!! I wish someone would make an aftermarket metal housing similar to the 2G. That would rock!! I remember when I first seen the iPhone, I thought it was the dumbest thing ever because of the lack of buttons. Then I got to play with one......I lusted over them ever since. I agree with the usability of the thing. It's quite pathetic how dependent I am of this stupid thing.....lol. Every other competitor phone I have tried just feels lame and cheesy compared to the iPhone. The Storm feels like a cheap, Chinese knockoff of a real cell phone. I hate the way the whole screen "clicks" when you push it. It just feels cheap........and rushed. The only thing better than an iPhone is a newer version of the thing and I generally do not like Apple products, but I love my iPhone.........lol. I wish they would allow total customization of it so you don't have to jailbreak the da*n thing to get it to do what you want it to..........but that's Apple for you and that's life!!

Re: iPhone

The bodies on the 3G and 3GS are metal, it took me a while before I found a case that really worked for me. I ended up going with a leather "Incase" case with a belt clip. Not super bulky and it's not a huge lump when I use the belt clip. It's also well padded and protects better than a hard case, IMO, because the leather provides some shock protection. A hard case is still a shock to the phone when you drop it.

I may get a different case in the near future, I don't use the belt clip as much as I thought I would and would like to have something slimmer that still provides shock protection.

Re: iPhone

I love my 3G and will be upgrading next year whenever they get the new one out. I will never be able to have another phone. I wish I could upgrade to a white 16gb 3GS, but I'm not gonna pay that extra amount of coin when I'm eligible in 9 months.

I have an InCase for mine. It's the black one that slides on from the top and bottom of the phone. It's taken a beating and keeps on trucking. Also, the edges are sloped in so that it doesn't interfere with trying to use the touchscreen on the edges of the screen.

Re: iPhone

If you guys want a serious case for your iPhone do not consider anything else besides an Otter box. I have my phone in the defender case and it is indestructible. I am not even kidding, you can throw your iPhone as hard as you can at a concrete wall and it will be completely fine. I have done it with mine, sounds stupid, but it works. Just check out the website and check for yourself. It is only $49 which is only $10-$20 more then a regular plastic case. They have others that are not as rugged too. You can even get a completely waterproof case. I have one for my iPod I use while swimming laps, it hasn't failed yet.

I have the exact same case and it is exactly what RckyMtn says it is!

Re: iPhone

Well, I am off to Best Buy after work today. I might be picking up a new phone, and I will definitely be picking up my copy of Transformers 2 on Blu-Ray. It has the potential to be quite the nerdy day.

Re: iPhone

I have an ifrogz case, I doubt it would survive being thrown against a brick wall, but it does a good job, and its green.

Re: iPhone

Was not meant to be today. Supposedly they do not make the 3GS in an 8G model. Only the 16 and 32G. They did not have the 16 in stock today. I am having them hold one for when they get the next shipment. Should be later this week.

Re: iPhone

I love my Iphone. I had the 2G until it fell in the toilet and then I got the 3G and I will not change anytime soon. My daughter is with AT&T and I keep getting her hand me downs. Since I am with Tmobile I had to unlock and "Jailbreak" the phone. I love free apps through Cydia!

Re: iPhone

I personally prefer Blackberry over iPhone, but that is because of Apple as a company mostly. That and I will never switch from Verizon. I'm just here to play devil's advocate and say that a Blackberry can do just about everything an iPhone can do, just not quite as easily as the iPhone. Blackberry does email and documents much much better than the iPhone.
