Yes, kind of like this War on Terrorism we're still in!

As usual, the taxpayers did not get their dollars worth.
But hey, it feels good so it must be a success.

We can fight them over there or we can fight them here, I prefer over there.
Here is a good argument regarding that very thing and if you notice, the Federal Government isn't really fighting to win a war over there and never even declared war in the first place but rather they are doing something far different and have been for a very long time.
Blow the crap out of that place and set up a guard around the oil fields and send everyone else come home, or if you can't justify blowing the place to hell and gone or guarding the oil fields, just send our troops home.

I pay taxes every year too. Doesn't matter if its a cash for clunkers year or not
What terrorists being caught in this country?? Terrorism is a made up word. If I was going to call someone that I'd start with Bernie Madoff, or AIG, or Walmart, or **** Cheney making billions with this war through Halliburton. That's true terrorism. How about someone not being provided with their medical insurance benefits because they say its an existing condition. Or, if you file again we'll drop you. Or, $100 a pill to stay alive. That's true Terrorism..
Yes, we can fight them over there. But I ask how would you feel is someone showed up in our country with the Army and starting fighting. You/I would rebel as well. We'd all look like terrorists as well. Do you have any idea why we are there? Or are you just once again trusting our Repub's? We need to be out there, period

The Patriot Act was passed by Congress and was new and improved re-upped in 2006 with both Biden and Obama voting YEA, as well as Kerry, Clinton, Boxer, Dodd, Durbin, Kennedy, Reid, Rockefeller, Schumer, and most of the other liberal Democrats who whine so loudly about it.
Let's here your excuses for them now.

Never argue with idiots. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

At that time the entire country was being fed complete garbage about what grave danger we were all in. Only to find out that all of that "intelligence" was nothing but lies.
P.S. I'm not a liberal democrat. I'm a soldier in the military willing to fight/die for our country when it is in the best interest of our country.
