I'd imagine that forklift operator had been dipping into the product. Looks like he meant to hit the brakes but instead he floored it lol. Alcohol abuse for sure!

MOSCOW - A fork-lift driver may need a drink after he lost control of his vehicle and slammed into warehouse shelves stocked with thousands of bottles of liquor.
On the video posted on YouTube, the chain reaction took just seconds and completely covered the forklift with boxes.
The driver suffered only minor injuries.
It's estimated that over 150 thousands dollars worth of merchandise was damaged and / or destroyed.
same thing similar happened in a coca cola factory and they just watched it happen... fail videos are always interesting to watch lol ill see if i can find it and post that on one one here

Coca-Cola usually doesn't use shelves so it takes a bit more care and skill to operate a forklift in their warehouses. I was a certified forklift driver for them for a couple years before I was old enough to get my CDL and start driving trucks.
We had rows fall like shown in that video a few times. It was always a new forklift driver learning the hard way, the repremendment was whoever spilled it has to pick it all up by themselves, one guy spent 18-hrs picking up and re-palletizing his mess.
There was one time one of the seasoned drvers wasn't feeling well and dumped a small row of about 8-pallets. He had a cold and got a little dizzy from the cold medicine as he was staging a pallet. The shift supervisor told him to go ahead and take the night off and a crew of us pitched in to clean it up for him after we were done with our loadings.
I could go on all day telling about some crap that happened but I don't want to bore y'all.

I also started in the warehouse at coca cola and I have seen similar things happen all the time. Never seen someone get fired over it though, they just shipped the damaged bottles back to the bottling plant and recycled it through lol. I now drive a semi for them so I miss out on on the fun
