My 20 ga.

My Marlins top / down 22 mag, 30 cal carbine, 30-30, 32 special

My 22s, Marlin 22 auto, Ruger 22 auto, Browning 22 auto

My 20ga

My 30-06 with carbon rod glass bedded into the forearm of the stock. At 250 yds I was able to hit a quarter sized silver tag, two out of two shots from a bench.

LMAO, no just need the bottle so I can get more water. Water is heavy, much rather carry ammo, can't make any more of that till I get back home.

Toughtitan08 I don't play favorites, I like them all equaly for shooting pleasure. My go-to hunting rifle is and always will be my ruger M77 30-06. It was my first bolt action rifle that my Dad bought me when I Turned 18.

Not even close. That is just the bag I carry to and from work, just in case I need to get home.

I figured as much. My wife drove my truck yesterday to work and she called me on the way in and said my truck is faster and she feels real safe. But she was worried and asked if the ammo might explode.

How does a 30-06 kick compared to a 30-30? I've shot a 30 before and it felt similar to a 20ga with #4 in it although the rifle had a bit sharper recoil to it. Biggest gun I ever shot was a 10ga double barreled goose gun. Dumba*s friend of mine showed i to me when I was 16. It was his grandpa's and he gave us permission to go shoot it a bit. Well, prick never told me the correct way to unload each barrel one at a tine, so I unloaded them both at once. Da*n that hurt!! Didn't help the fact that it was pre-planned and it was loaded with buckshot!! Knocked me to the ground and dislocated my shoulder. Never again.......lol. You shoulda seen what was left of that 55gal drum!!

HAHAHA!!! You can see the shockwave starting to ripple in your arm in that pic. Looks just like old R. Lee Ermey on that History Channel show about guns. He shot that big dude and the effect on him in slo-mo was hilarious!!

Depending on the gun the 30-06 can actually have less perceived recoil than some lever 30-30's. My browning does not kick much at all, my 10 year old shoots it even loaded with the light mag rounds. And the 30-06 with a light mag round is about equal to the 300 win mag as far as performance goes.

Personal favorite gun that I would like to own: M1911 .45. They look cool and pack a punch. I've got 2 12 gauge shotguns. A Tristar semiauto that is as reliable as hell but kicks like a mule and a Charles Daly that pretty much sucks.
