E-4 Tech Controller 609th Air Coummunications Squadron\USCENTAF Shaw Air Force Base was my station, but (Spent 2 1/2 years TDY or for others TAD at Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia Operation Enduring Freedom) 1998-2003 |

i've been on this site for almost a year and just now found this thrend. I just got medical discharge from the AF. i did 3 years in the Army as 13B/cannon crew member was station in giessen germany 2/3 FA and spent 6 1/2 years in the AF as Security Forces at Vandenberg AFB and now i live in sacramento Ca.

2000-Present ET1(SW/AW) USN, stationed on the USS Emory S. Land. We are currently underway and just passed through the Panama Canal yesterday. We are headed to the West Coast.

Hey cats...
Retired E-7. I spent a better part of my life from 1981 to 2001 in the U.S. Army, 11M. Now I'm just a proud lazy civilian. Nice to be around squids, flyboys, jarheads and pond pirates. Good company indeed...stiff salute to all. L

8 years active army 101st Airborne Divsion, Greatest Division on Earth, 8-101 AVN Batt. Avionics Commo Repair. Got out but sometimes ques my decision to after being around these whiney civilians I work w/ all day!! How about anybody else that got out early, regret it at all? If they wouldnt make me shave everyday would've been a lifer for sure!! Love to have my beard when I want it!!
