That has to be in some other country. You see crazy crap like this all the time in Korea. Safety isn't one of their major concerns when it comes to motor vehicles.

What do you mean,not safety conscious,he is wearing eyeprotection!!This sort of thing is par for the course in 3rd world countries-no truck,no money.I have done some pretty lame things-working under a vehicle held up by just a hyd. jack(no stands,no concrete blocks,I bet 1/2 the folks here have done that),but this would have given me pause even in my much younger days.Charlie
