Confession to make.

Now that I have owned a Titan for a while, I have the "hots" for an 2005 Infinity G35. Does anyone else have this problem? I looked at them yesterday and good thing the dealership was closed because I think I would have driven home with one.

They're sweet. I've been wanting one for my wife, but the payments on two expensive vehicles would kill me.

Bayou,

Being a 'Z' guy for many years...I love the G35 coupe. But, like adj I can only afford one 'big' payment. But, momma already knows...next car is mine and thats what it will be. Titanium please w/sunroof.

I am not looking back. My neighbor just picked up a silver G35 & let me borrow it for the day. It certainly is a nice car with ample power & it reminded me of my old car “BMW 330Ci,” but just one day is all it takes to flush out the system. It’s nice to be able to park just about anywhere, cruise in style @ the yuppie haunts, slam a corner like it’s on rails but the cool/fun factor wore off just that quick. Perhaps my subconscious practical side overrides (hardly a day goes by without a full load from H-Depot) but this may be just me Mr. Guilt boy who cannot enjoy 4hr’s of downtime for golf or day of fishing anymore. Now if the Titan was eco friendly, alternative driven “a pollinating making the birds sing machine” .. I would have it made. For now I’ll stick with the multifunctional task master without regret, well less anyway.

G35

I traded in my 2003 G35 for the Titan. I loved the G35 but I also craved more room. I don't regret it a bit...

Alas, I won't have to regret it though as we will have both at that point

If I could have 2 cars, I'd gladly take a G35 coupe or Z.

But for me, the Titan is a do-it-all vehicle; it hauls everything, and it hauls some serious butt. Not to mention, it feels luxurious and when it's all washed up, I can roll up to any valet or fancy function and it's perfectly at home with all the other luxury cars.

A group of us did a 800 mile camping trip over the 4th weekend- we had my Titan, a Pathfinder prerunner, and a '67 Jeep Jeepster set up for serious offroading. Oh yeah, we also had a Focus. Guess who got screwed when the dirt roads and rough terrain came up?

In 1982 I purchased my '73 240Z. I was in love with that car. The love affair continued with a '75 260Z, '78 280Z, '91 280ZX, and last but not least, '96 300ZX.
I guess you could call me a Z nut(I know it's hard to tell from the present car roster).

When the Titan was introduced at the International Auto Show, it was like a dream come true. The power, the room, and the looks; I was hooked. I really like the G and know that it's a wonderful car, but am still addicted to my Titan.
Give me about 2 years, then we may talk about a new one.

Got to agree. I'll wait until they can perfect the utilitrac on the G or Z. Right now the payload is just too small for the way I play. I keep remembering that picture of the VW and load of plywood from Home Depot?

My wife is on her second Q45.....for a big, fast, and safe highway cruiser, they are hard to beat. What I really have my eye on is the new M45 that will be out soon. Its basically a streched and stiffened G35 with a Q motor........yahoo!!!!!!

Good description. I got another one for you. It's just like a modern day M45 that looks "worth-a-crap"! Don't get me wrong, they're fantastic cars, but if I wanted a car with the looks of a domestic muscle car, I would just buy a domestic muscle car.
