Made 367 rwhp and 300 tq at 19 psi. 22 years old...I love my toy!

and it only weighs 2600 pounds....

I would love to have one of those! Looks great! It's been years, but I read something that a particular skyline motor with some minor upgrades and a tune can run over 1k horsepower. Any truth to that do you guys know?

those motors, and car in general, have always been beyond their years. They always seem to be 5 years ahead of the curve. i could see 700hp, but 1k seems high. In GT1 they went over 1000hp, but thats a video game.

It was some tuner magazine while I was back in High School, so just about 12 years ago. I remember being totally amazed by the numbers.

Actually, the block can handle overca thousand. Here in Dallas, a stock block R33 GTR made 704. Even had the stck head and internals.

I have not ran the quarter, but have run a few higher hp cars and beaten them. It's set up for road course/autox.
