Can anyone tell me of a few good complete gun cleaning kits for a Bushmaster AR-15? Where online is a good place to buy from? Also, what are some good ammunition to buy? What do I look for to tell if its good?
Hoppes 9 has always been a very decent cleaning brand.
If you just want to put rounds down range, id go with remington or winchester. Anything brass (not steel) casesd and jacketed. I try to stay away from reloads as well. Lighter grains will also tend to be cheaper.

2009 CC long bed, extra napkins in glove box, ejector seat, 2* timing advance, a couple pens and paper along with a flashlight and candy in center console, Justin Bieber needs to die, I turn the wipers on when it rains, cabin air filters, headlights are good at night, junk mail gets thrown in back seat, forward launching napalm, washing machine parts and tow strap in rear door pocket, flux capacitor, & a full tank of gas.
Recently added: Herpes all over stereo bezel, spider nest in flux capacitor, really bad fart/vomit smell once windows are touched...door handles are where I keep my booger collection.
Just watch their shipping. Make sure if comes from the same warehouse or its about $12 shipping per box. Same warehouse just adds a few cents per box.
My local academy has a huge selection of .223 and 5.56 for a really good price.
I just bought a DPMS oracle with a bunch of magpul stuff for my first AR15. Its not in yet, but I also bought a .22 conversion kit for $140 off cheaperthandirt to do some cheap plinking.

Get an Otis for your AR-15 gun cleaning kit, so simple even the military uses them.
Yeah we try to buy most our ammo in bulk but good ole Obama has made it hard to do that online per his new ammo law no more than 1000 rnds a week online. I bought some cheap American eagle ammo from academy the other day.

+1 to the Otis cleaning kit. That's what I use. It's friendly to your bore (it won't mar the bore or the muzzle).

Cheaper than dirt, isnt.... i go to their fancy catalog store in mckinney all the time. Floor to ceiling guns, prices are ok. Academy and walmart have better prices on some things.
Get a chamber cleaning brush and a .22 bore snake rope from academy or walmart. Get some CLP and clean inside and out with a rag or paper towels. Maybe get a small brass cleaning brush for some hard to clean areas. That is all.

What ammo are you wanting? Good stuff, or plinking rounds? And what purpose?
