Have been doing disaster relief in FL

I've been in Florida the last few days with a team of fellow church members doing volunteer disaster cleanup in the cities of Frostproof, Avon Park, and Wauchula. Are any Titan Talk members from this area? I saw lots of Titans around there. It looks like a war zone down there. Now it looks like hurricane Ivan might hit my state of Louisiana.

Proud of you and the others that went down to help. The news coverage out west about these storms has lessened with each one, but we're still thinking of all those who are affected and sending what we can to the Red Cross.

If anyone is interested, you can make a minimum on-line donation of $5.00 to the Red Cross for disaster relief at http://www.redcross.org/index.html

Hello,

I have been lurking on the boards for a few weeks. Just picked up an 04 CC LE w/all options.

We are up in VA but have family down in Pensacola, which looks like it is going to get hit really bad. This weekend we are going to buy a 24' enclosed trailer and head down to help out. For those that have already done this, can you provide a list of items that have been needed? We can pick up a bunch of stuff on the way down, load it in the trailer and try and help a little when we get there.

PM me if needed.

Thanks,

Ryan

Some places (from both storms, now 3) look like aftermath of WWII bombing runs. I think your awesome to come down here and help folks. Your a good man.

It is a shame I resigned from the EMA a month ago or I would probably have been asked to be on the team that went down after Francis. Timing is everything.

My best thoughts to everyone. BT be careful and come back safely.
