They can delay all they want, my 05 still running strong.
Posted from my Titan.
My sentiments exactly, my '04 has a 151,xxx miles and running great, and I can't afford a brand new one right now anyways so I'm not to anxious for a new one to come out.

Titan came out at the end of 03 as an 04 model. When it was released, I thought it was the best 1/2 ton pickup in it's class. I felt it was the leader IMHO. But now 9 years later, I think it's the last. Toyota came out with the latest generation in 07 as an 07 model and is coming out with their newest generation this year. I think Nissan had/has alot of loyalist but by waiting so long is going to hurt them badly. Unless they can come up with something better than the rest. I've owned 2 Titans in the last 7 years, I want something new. Now to have to wait another year urghhhhhh. I almost purchased a new Ford, but I'm going to see this new Toyota. I thought Nissan was coming out with their new model this year and was going to add engine opt. like the 4cyl. cummings and different body styles like standard cab.
I saw the new titan on an 18 wheeler but havent seen it on the road, biggest difference i saw was the tailgate as you see here, no more bib!!

My 2004 (new to me in 2006) is paid off, has 110k miles on it, and aside from the bumps, bruises and scuffs on the exterior is running great. However, I had planned to keep this truck for only another 2-3 years. At which point I want to give it to my son and get a new truck for myself. My next pickup will be a diesel and it will be 4wd. I have been hoping that Nissan will deliver me a half ton light duty diesel. I don't really need a 3/4 ton pickup, I just want the longevity and torque of a diesel engine. I am still hoping that Ford and GM lay forth some light duty 1/2 ton diesel lineups.

Pay off, squeaks sometimes, bumps and bruises and couple of scrapes here and there….but heck! Will take this “old truck” over any other truck any day!!

I hope the 1/2 ton titan diesel is welcomed with open arms. It's too hard for most to look over the low hp of a diesel. These days it's about having 350+hp and getting 20+ mpg. A 250hp diesel will be an awesome truck and pull 10k all day.

its just going to be a mild restyle. its supose to have a frontend like the new tacomas/4runners and some subtle reshapes on the body. atleast thats what ive heard. maybe it will be less ugly than it is now lol
