Yeah that has to be hard for the LSU fan right now.

Now if Georgia can get past Florida & Auburn I will be happy.

Auburn will be tough. They absolutely killed Tennessee last night.

That's a price you pay I guess when you have two Freshman QB's.

Yeah, that was painful to watch. Quite a letdown after the victory
over Florida. We play Georgia next. I think I'll hide under the bed for
that one.

The two freshmen looked like.....well, freshmen. Ainge threw four
interceptions, and fumbled on the one yard line. Not to be outdone,
Schaeffer threw one also.

I guess we can't blame it all on the two QB's. When we had Peyton
Manning, the team only did so-so. The year after he left, we won
the national championship. Go figure.

How Bout Them Vols?

Typical SEC Saturday night! I can't believe the Vols beat #3 Georgia
after losing to Auburn last week. Either Auburn is under rated and
Georgia was over rated, or the Vols finally sobered up after the
victory over Florida.

It came down to a single play at the end with one second left. Georgia
went for the touchdown pass, but it was incomplete, and Tennessee
held on for a 19-14 victory. Very exciting.

Our freshman QB looked ten times better than he did in the Auburn
game, so maybe he'll come along.

LSU not dead-yet.

LSU isn't cold yet.If we win tonight we could jump inot the top 10!Unfortunately,we really don't have a competent QB yet.Matt Mauk(sic) last years QB was a great,or even a good QB,but he wouldn't lose a game for you,and occasionally would win one.Current QBs are so raw,it is hard to tell if they are too inexperienced to find the receivers,or read the defences,or whether they just aren't accurate passers-OR BOTH!!On paper the younger QB(Jamarcus) reads like NFL material 6'5" 240,super arm etc.Tonight should tell us a lot-hope we get good news, hate to have to bow toward CS or Cowtow to Austin(pun for you Longhorns)!Luck,Charlie

yall did it. good job. i was wondering how a team could go from #1 to unranked in one season, but you held on. hopefully this will be teh turning point for LSU and they will come back strong for the rest of the season.
