License Plate

hey everyone just wondering how long it took for your license plates to come in. My personalized plates for my titan are ready for me to pick up at the DMV, but i cant get them until i give them my old plates. The only problem is i havent received my license plates yet.

Here in NY, I ordered them online, and had them within 2 weeks. I have MANY sets of personalized plates in my garage from past vehicles. They tell you to "destroy" them but I save em'.

Took me less than 10 days here in Texas. I didn't have to worry about that when I got my personalized plates though. They just gave me the personalized and I swapped out the regular for them and threw them in the trunk (when I had my Civic). Guess it just depends on the state you live in...they want to destroy them to make sure they are destroyed, other states will just go with the honor system.
