Why do you want to compare a 3/4 ton to a 1/2 ton truck and a diesel to boot?
Some of the answers to your questions are thereby obvious.
So Wazzup?

I have no idea thats why I was asking you guys my friend just bought one just wanting to know what kind of competition I am facing. Thanks
With the mods in your sig that iS F#*^$#ING UNFAIR
But I will hook up my 6.0L Xcursion to your 250 if I can get someone to loan me a Quad 160
"F-250 Diesel vs. Titan = Long Term Reliability" now that is the question. My tranny blew twice on the X with only 18,000 and NO MODS. Watch yours close with the Edge That is the reason that I bought the Titan SO I would have something to drive when the 6.0L was IN THE SHOP THAT'S THE TRUTH!!!
But to the rest of your questions, try this hook your 250 up to a 450 with a rope, drag race your edge against a quad 160, and try tow as much as a 450
I think you are in the wrong forum, try the thedieselstop.com I like it.

Powerstroke - I'm sure you weren't trying to start anything, but you gotta admit, it sure looks fishy! I'm a huge fan of the superduty Fords (have one for work), and they do what they do really well. It's just that your little comparo is very apples and oranges.
Want an easy way to see "what you're up against"? Go drive a Titan at a dealership. Just leave your checkbook at home, cuz it's hard not to buy one once you drive it.
I would bet on the Ford on everything but the dragrace. The Titan probably would edge it-weight advantage, revs a little quicker.I did see one of the Moto Mags had a powerstroke 350 doing about 8 sec 0-60-pretty fast for a 7000 lb truck.
Reliability-who knows? The 6.0 Powerstroke has had some motor-or fuel injection-problems,hasn't it.The Titan has had it's problems, but for the most part they wouldn't effect long term reliability.
Diesel has gotten more expensive lately-more than premium-30 cents or so.This would probably make the F-250 more expensive to fuel when you aren't towing.Towing MPG would be all Diesel,of course.
Noise-Titan
Stink-Titan
Really cold weather starting-Titan
Ride comfort-Titan
Bang for the buck-Titan
Initial cost-Titan
Maintenance-Titan(14 qt oil changes).
Offroad ability-Titan-the new Fords are infamous for poor ground clearance.
If you want a full time work truck(say you tow 8000+ once a week,or carry
2000 lbs in the bed every day),then the 250 is an easy choice. Now,if you use the truck as an occasional tower-hauler,and most of the time it is just a people hauler or an offroad,or rough road hauler-then the Titan is it.

My buddy at work has a 2000 F250 Lariat 4x4 crew cab 7.3 diesel, at stock form i raced him with my stock 2000 Eddie Bauer Expedition 4x4 5.4 ltr, we were dead even pretty much, he might have got the upper edge after 65-75 mph because of torque, he added a 3 or 4 stage delta chip (i think or diablochip 100 hp and i think about 200 lbs of trq) added a Bassani 4' inch exhaust and an Airaid intake, WOW, he was fast, no comparo. Stock 0-60 mph f250 7.3 is about 9.4 seconds, 1/4 mile is about mid to high 17's, a Titan stock does a low 7 second 0-60 mph or i guess it depends on style of truck, perhaps high 6's 0-60 mph and high 14's or very low 15's so stock for stock on a drag race Titan hands down, towing = f250, reliability, well there we still have to see, i dont think anyone has over 100,000 miles on a Titan yet. ................................... As far as the F250 with the mods my buddy has on his truck are similar to yours, hes running anywhere from mid 15's to high 14's, i raced him in my Expedition after istalling a Kenne Bell twin screw supercharger with all bolt ons and beat him by about 3-4 cars light to light which was about 1/4 distance, i ran a 14.2 at famoso raceway, only ran 2 passes so i might have done better but that was the case. So you and the Titan you want to race will be a drivers race im sure. Good luck.
I agree with 37L1(trolling). But what's a Ford powerstroke guy on a Nissan forum for? You think if I were to post a Nissan question on a Ford site I be real welcome? like no !!!!!!!!!!! BTW the are plenty of Ford sites, ask those guys.

I don't mean to start anything but everyone has a say but other poeple just say more than they need too. All i have to say is Ford is (found on road dead, F@#* over rebuilt dodge, Flip over and read directions.) And thats all i have to say about ford's. Nissan's rule. I think he may be a troll even though.
Just give the guy a chance, maybe if test drives a Titan he'll buy one and become a member, who knows, maybe he likes them and wants to see if its right for him.
