looks like another back surgery

for those that know - i had back surgery in november. now, i broke off a piece of vertabra and have a small rupture. back under the knife once again.

I had back surgery 09/07/01..not problems so far.
Be more careful man! I feel your pain.
I hope your recovery goes smoothly and quickly.

I'm 21 now...I was 18 when I had the surgery.

Sorry to hear that. What are they doing? I've had mutliple back surgeries. I had a diskectomy in 94 and anther in late 2003. The last one didn't work so they did a three level fusion with mechanical supporrt in Jan. 2004. They fused L4, L5, and S1. I have 4 screws, 2 plates and a battery in my back now and I'm only 30 years old.

Wow, it must be tough to get through security at the airport.

I haven't tried. Not sure I would want to sit that long in those comfy seats. Besides why fly when I can take the Titan.

I have no problems in airports with a titanium plate and screws in my neck.

No battteries, though. Is it the Big Tow battery?

as of now the surgery is the 2nd of june. i don't know what they will do this time. the last time they went in and cleaned up the disc, no fusion.

I found out recently that I have a ruptured disk in my lower back, and I couldn't tell you how, when or where it happened...

Surgery on the back is a scarry proposition, I hope all goes well.

well i was mowing a little to fast and i cut the corner behind my boat and my tire clipped the fence. the mower came to a dead stop but i didn't.
