I was up in Delaware April 2004 for my grandmothers funeral and we were up at the college where my grandfather used to work cause my mom wanted to poke around...blah blah...and we were walking around campus and I heard this buzzing getting louder and louder - looked towards the road and 4 guys went riding by on pocket bikes. kinda cool
