Glad they caught him!! I cant believe he was able to slip out... I am sure some heads will roll over this in TX.

The 5:00 pm news just said he got caught by law enforcement who were monitoring the phones of people he was likely to call.

Wow! Smart enough to do the most creative escape ever but still dumb enough to get drunk and USE a phone. Let me say that again use a phone What a idiot. He should have headed for Canada and the Yukon for a couple of years. Jeeees this guy is stupid.

No I haven't heard about the Hawaii thing.

One of the stupidest criminal actions in the nation happened here about ten years ago.

Crime Stoppers did a reenactment of a guy holding up a convenience store at gunpoint. The perp saw the reenactment on TV and thought that he was watching the actual closed circuit camera tape of the crime (there wasn't a camera in the store). The guy thought that police had too much "evidence" against him with the tape so he turned himself in.

Thats like stoping the cop when your speeding and telling him to follow you for a little while so he can watch you speed. You would'nt think so but there are some people that stupid.
