cummins recon help please

i have aquired two cummins diesel recon parts and i need help to id the items.
part numbers are 3558211-rx and 3926881-rx. i know the second is a injection pump and the first is an air pump of some sort used for motor homes. my question is does anyone know what exactly they go to. the place my buddy worked gave them to him because they lost the box and could not be returned to cummins. instead of being thrown away he wants to sell them. i've looked on the cummins website but they want you to register your truck in order to look up parts and i don't drive a cummins.
