Any thoughts on a 06 Infinity G35 Coupe??

Anybody out there have an 06 G35 Coupe 6 speed manual? Just looking for some reviews or thoughts about them but in the manual 298 HP coupe model? Any known problems?? Like I said I am just looking for some thoughts or experiances with them.

The body is going to change for 07 so you may want to wait if you're looking at them. Not drastic but def changed

My car pool buddy has an 05 G35. I think it's got about 270 HP and it'll snap your head back pretty good Has a nice exhaust note to it. The other thing is this thing handles incredibly well. Yeah, it'd be a good choice.

Yeah nice car indeed but it needs a turbo or two and perhaps a S/C to match your titan.

Its bascially the same as a 350z , it weighs a bit more and slightly diffrent gearing but very similar , not sure if they has the issues the early 350z did with tranny forks going bad but they were resolved anyway so if you buy new there is no issue. Very nice car and very quick , with a few mods and be extremely quick for a luxury car. I have two friends with them they both love the cars one is a 2 doors 6mt and the other a 4 door. If you have the extra and want a 4 door the m45 is a nice ride as well. Good LUck

Thanks for the thoughts guys. Actually the car isn't for me. I couldn't afford both and would never give up the Titan for the Infinity. I figured some of you guys would have some experiance with them and wanted to see what your thoughts were on the car especially to see about any problems.

Basicly they are a 350z with a different skin. I love mine and it was the best car in its class when it came out, but the new 3 series is the king of that class now. Wait until next year as the body change will lower the values of the car dramatically. The Lexus 350 is also respectable as well. Skip the Acuras as they are FWD. Might as well get an Altima. I'd take these 3 for a test drive. BTW, I do have the Sedan in Auto, but I've driven both stick and auto, coupe and sedan. Not much difference. The suspensions are basically the same and the motors are identical. Its really just a couple 10ths due to weight. I got the sedan for work.
